As an employer, it is mandatory to buy a medical insurance plan for at least S$15,000 per year, for each Work Permit & S-Pass Holders you employ.
It covers medical expenses including hospital bills arising from treatment for causes that may not be work-related. Policy also extends to cover work-related injuries, illnesses or death in excess of WIC Insurance policy.
